To get you up to date since my last post....
WVU is on the verge of going to the BCS National Championship Game... Hell has frozen over, and we've sold our souls.
I've basically quit riding since I last wrote... Off and on yes.. didn't manage to do any races....
Why??? Marital Stife - Team Fell Apart, the list goes on and on.... Time commitments... you name it.
So what happened.. Pretty much back where I started.... Beer Drinking Couch Potato From Hell......

So at 248lbs.. The BetterHalf is on her Low Carb Diet.... She's doing good.... So Far...
So Today I VOW To GET BACK IN SHAPE.....
Probably never in competition shape, but whose to say I shouldn't be able to ride some hard rides????
